Welcome to JB Cozy Homestay

It all started as a joke which became a challenge and ended up as a perfect homely idea that we're proud to share with all.

Our home which we bought as weekend retreat is now open to all and we hope you'll find as much great enjoyment staying here as we always do.

We offer cosy comfort, not indulgence luxury for family stay. Our home is a 2 and a half storey end-corner unit with:

• 1 bedroom and toilet on the ground floor;
• 2 bedrooms, 1 common toilet, 1 master bedroom with en suite toilet, and TV lounge area on the second floor; and 
• an extra additional day room with TV on the top upper floor - ideal play or entertainment area for growing up kids or young adults

In regards to facilities - our kitchen is well equipped with cooking stove, fridge and washing machine for use. Though we could not provide all the condiments we have all the necessary utensils for you to cook up a meal! One thing for sure though, there's coffee and tea making facilities. For those who wants entertainment, there's basic Astro channels. You can bring your own card to try tune in to your own subscribed channels.

Being a corner unit, JB Cozy homestay can accommodate up to 3-4 cars within its car poach area and comes with big back yard area suitable for BBQ activities


Location-wise, our home stay is very close to all sorts of amenities. The estate's main mosque, food centre, super market are within 5 minutes walking distance. The famous PLAZA ANGSANA (shopping centre) and GIANT hypermarket is just 5 minutes drive away.
