Please submit your queries or reservations via this Online Booking page. Please note: Prices quoted here are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). Holiday peak season rate applicable during school and public holidays. 

Terms and Conditions

1. This being a MUSLIM home - no non-halal food or drinks allowed within the property.
2. Keys to the Homestay will be handed over to you when payment by cash/fund transfer is received
3. Receipt will be given for CASH payment only
4. ‘Check In’ time is 2 pm
5. ‘Check Out’ time is 12 noon
6. We trust and appreciate your goodwill in making sure that our home and all items within are taken care of as you would if they are your own. Please refer to the inventory plus informational cards provided and ensure all items are accounted for upon check-out. 
7. Sorry but no pets & no smoking allowed in JB Cozy Homestay.
8. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of 50% deposit or full payment via bank transfer to our Maybank account no: 5011-2363-3256. Balance due must be paid 3 days before arrival date.
9. Cancellation of booking must be made in writing at least 1 week in advance.
10. Minimum Surcharge of RM50 applicable for early check-in before 2 pm & late check-out after 12 noon
