OUR RATES
Our rate is among the lowest in Johor Bahru city area. (whole house (4+1 Rooms) - able to accommodate 4-5 families group of up to 14 persons)

1 night only rates
Weekdays from Sunday – Thursday - RM450/SGD180 per night
Weekends from Friday – Saturday -  RM500/SGD200 per night

2 nights rates
Weekdays from Sunday – Thursday - RM350/SGD140 per night
Weekends from Friday – Saturday  RM400/SGD160 per night

3 nights & more rate
Weekdays from Sunday – Thursday - RM300/SGD120 per night
Weekends from Friday – Saturday  RM350/SGD140 per night

Other rates: Holiday peak season rate applicable during school and public holidays. Customised long stay rates available upon request.

Terms and Conditions

1. This being a MUSLIM home - no non-halal food or drinks allowed within the property.
2. Keys to the Homestay will be handed over to you when payment by cash/fund transfer is received. PayPal or credit card payment possible in SGD only.
3. Receipt will be given for CASH payment only
4. ‘Check In’ time is 2 pm
5. ‘Check Out’ time is 12 noon
6. We trust and appreciate your goodwill in making sure that our home and all items within are taken care of as you would if they are your own. Please refer to the inventory plus informational cards provided and ensure all items are accounted for upon check-out. 
7. Sorry but no pets & no smoking allowed in JB Cozy Homestay.
8. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of 50% deposit or full payment via bank transfer to our Maybank account no: 5011-2363-3256 / DBS account no: 027-605596-4. Balance due must be paid 3 days before arrival date. Refundable Security/Damage deposit RM100 to be paid at check-in.
9. Cancellation of booking must be made in writing at least 1 week in advance.
10. Minimum Surcharge of RM50 applicable for early check-in before 2 pm & late check-out after 12 noon
