JB Cozy Homestay is a 2 1/2 storey corner lot house with 4 bedrooms enough to accommodate a family of 8 or more. The house is equipped with LCD TV, DVD player as well as fridge and complete kitchen with utensils.

House: Corner lot, 2 and a half storey house .

Rooms: Total of 4 bedrooms - 1 queen size bed in Standard Room; 1 queen bed + 1 bunk bed in Family Suite. 1 King size bed + 1 single sofa bed in Master bedroom. Plus a room on the ground floor with 2 single beds. In addition, an open room at attic with 2 foldable sofa beds are also available for those with large family members .

Other spaces: Living hall with sofa, 2 TV sets, dining area with table for 6 as well as fully furnished kitchen cabinet equipped with cooking stoves, fridge, washing machine, kettle and other kitchen utensils. The car porch to accommodate up to 3 cars. It also has a large backyard, usable as BBQ or children play area!


Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms - 2 upstairs (1 in Master room) and 1 downstairs.

Our rate is among the lowest in Johor Bahru city area. (whole house (4+1 rooms) able to accommodate 4-5 families group of up to 12-14 persons)

1 night only rate
Weekdays from Sunday – Thursday - RM450/SGD180 per night
Weekends from Friday – Saturday -   RM450/SGD180 per night

2 nights rates
Weekdays from Sunday – Thursday -  RM400/SGD160 per night
Weekends from Friday – Saturday -  RM400/SGD160 per night

3 nights & above rate
Weekdays from Sunday – Thursday -  RM350/SGD140 per night
Weekends from Friday – Saturday -  RM350/SGD140 per night

Other rates:: Holiday peak season rate applicable during school and public holidays. Customised long stay rates available upon request.

Terms and Conditions

This being a MUSLIM home - no non-halal food or drinks allowed within the property.

1. Keys to the Homestay will be handed over to you when payment by cash/fund transfer is received. Payment by PayPal or credit card available in SGD only.
2. Receipt will be given for CASH payment only
3. ‘Check In’ time is 2 pm
4. ‘Check Out’ time is 12 noon
5. We trust and appreciate your goodwill in making sure that our home and all items within are taken care of as you would if they are your own. Please refer to the inventory plus informational cards provided and ensure all items are accounted for upon check-out. 
6. Sorry but no pets & no smoking allowed in JB Cozy Homestay.
7. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of 50% deposit or full payment via bank transfer to our Maybank account no: 5011-2363-3256 or DBS account no: 027-605596-4. Balance due must be paid 3 days before arrival date. Refundable Security /Damage deposit of RM100 to be paid at check-in.
8. Cancellation of booking must be made in writing at least 1 week in advance.
9. Minimum Surcharge of RM50 applicable for early check-in before 2pm &  for late check-out after 12 noon
